Er:YAG safe tightening
Action II Petit lady uses fractional ablative 2940 nm Er:YAG laser, it is absorbed by the tissues containing water resulting in ablation of the outmost cell layers.
Er:YAG has 13 times more water absorption than other fractional lasers & less penetration making it more effective & safe in treating 2 layers of the water-rich mucosal tissues :
- Epithelial ablation: stimulates epithelial thickening filled with more glucogen which increases vaginal lubrication.
- Thermal injury of lamina propria increases collagen & elastin formation & improves vascularization leading to improving vaginal tightening, elasticity, sensation & better urinary control.
